Job SummaryThe Sales Administrator supports the sales organization by managing administrative processes, maintaining sales systems and data, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. This role plays a critical part in enabling the sales team to operate effectively by providing accurate reporting, coordinating processes, and supporting cross-functional communication.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and operational support to the sales team and sales leadershipMaintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure data accuracy and integrityProcess sales orders, contracts, renewals, and amendments in accordance with company policiesAssist with sales reporting, dashboards, and performance metricsCoordinate sales onboarding materials, documentation, and internal resourcesSupport forecasting, pipeline tracking, and territory or account assignmentsCollaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams on pricing, contracts, and billing processesManage sales documentation, templates, and internal knowledge basesRespond to internal inquiries related to sales processes and toolsIdentify opportunities to improve sales workflows and operational efficiencyRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience1+ years of experience in sales operations, sales administration, or a related roleProficiency with Salesforce CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with ExcelPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting a B2B SaaS sales organizationExperience with reporting tools or business intelligence platformsUnderstanding of sales processes, pipelines, and forecastingSkills & CompetenciesAnalytical and detail-oriented mindsetProcess-driven with a continuous improvement focusStrong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaborativelyHigh level of professionalism and discretionSalary range:$40,000 - 58,000 CAD$40,000 - $53,500 USDFullsteam recognizes that your health and wellbeing are a priority.
