We are seeking an entrepreneurial, organized, relationship\-focused professional to join us as our **Network Referral Team Coordinator — Independent Contractor**. The selected Coordinator will be brought on and trained **before we begin recruiting and onboarding our next group of Network Referral Agents**. This provides the Coordinator an opportunity to thoroughly learn My Atlanta Latino Pages, our membership options, Network Referral Agent training program, referral systems, promotional resources, commission structure, and support procedures before becoming a primary resource for the independent contractors who join the team. This is a **commission\-based independent\-contractor opportunity. There is no salary or hourly wage.** About My Atlanta Latino Pages My Atlanta Latino Pages is a community\-focused business platform designed to help businesses increase their visibility, strengthen community connections, and reach consumers throughout Metro Atlanta. Our Network Referral Agents are independent contractors who introduce qualified businesses to My Atlanta Latino Pages membership opportunities and can earn commissions on eligible membership sales. As our Network Referral Agent Program grows, the **Network Referral Team Coordinator** will serve as an important communication and support resource between company leadership and our independent Network Referral Agents. What Will the Network Referral Team Coordinator Do? The Coordinator will first complete training on the Network Referral Agent Program. Once trained, the Coordinator will help us welcome, orient, and support Network Referral Agents as we expand the team. Responsibilities include: * Helping welcome and orient new Network Referral Agents. * Helping agents understand the Network Referral Agent training program. * Assisting agents with locating and using their referral dashboard, personal referral links, and approved discount codes. * Helping agents locate approved banners, images, videos, email templates, text\-message scripts, and other promotional resources. * Answering routine questions about program systems and processes. * Helping agents understand membership options and approved sales procedures. * Supporting professional prospecting and follow\-up practices. * Identifying recurring questions or areas where additional training may be needed. * Escalating payment, system, policy, or operational issues requiring company\-level attention. * Communicating appropriate feedback from Network Referral Agents to company leadership. * Serving as a dependable program resource for the independent Network Referral Agent team. * Genera
