Job OverviewWe are looking for a proactive Virtual Lead Generation VT to join our team and help drive our business growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads. In this role, you will support our sales and marketing efforts by researching target markets, building contact lists, and reaching out to prospective clients. This remote position is perfect for someone with excellent research skills, attention to detail, and a passion for connecting with potential customers.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company products/servicesQualify leads and gather essential information to assess potential interestSet appointments for the sales team and ensure smooth hand-offsFollow up with leads via phone, email, or messaging to maintain engagementMaintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM systemMeet or exceed daily/weekly call and appointment targetsCommunicate effectively with the sales team to align on prospects and opportunitiesHandle objections professionally and maintain a positive, persuasive approachEssential SkillsAt least 1 year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment settingStrong verbal communication and active listening skillsAbility to build rapport and handle rejection professionallyGoal-driven with excellent time management and organizational skillsFamiliarity with CRM tools and call tracking systems is a plusSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environmentBasic computer literacy (Google Workspace/MS Office)Salary Range: $4-5/hr*Please note that this job post does not guarantee immediate client onboarding.
