BookkeeperOverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bookkeeper to support U.S.-based clients, primarily therapy practice owners. Transaction Management (Core Focus)Review and categorize transactions that cannot be automatically processedReconcile monthly books for assigned client accountsIdentify and flag unusual or questionable transactionsEnsure accurate coding based on standard accounting and IRS chart of accounts guidelinesManage approximately 5–6 client accounts per specialist2. Customer Communication & SupportRespond to client inquiries regarding transactions and bookkeeping matters via support platformConduct brief consultations (email or phone) to clarify transaction detailsMaintain an empathetic and professional communication styleHandle cases requiring back-and-forth communication for accuracy3. Quality AssuranceReview bookkeeping work prior to monthly closeEnsure compliance with bookkeeping standards and proceduresEscalate complex issues when necessary4.
