In this role, you’ll support the delivery of enterprise-grade, data-driven platforms, leveraging advanced experimentation, analytics, and Google Cloud technologies.You will thrive in this role if you are:A strategic thinker who can connect technical execution to business outcomesA strong communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levelsComfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity across complex programsDeeply technical, with the ability to challenge and shape implementation decisions (not just manage delivery)Role responsibilitiesProgram Leadership & StrategyLead complex, cross-functional programs from planning through execution and deliveryPartner with engineering and product leads to drive data-informed strategy and decision-makingDefine program goals, success metrics, and KPIs aligned with business objectivesAct as a thought leader, influencing roadmap prioritization and long-term product directionTechnical & Data-Driven ExecutionDesign and lead experimentation frameworks (e.g., A/B testing, incrementality testing, measurement strategies)Conduct or guide quantitative analysis of performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and risksDefine data tracking strategies and instrumentation for new features and product initiativesBuild and maintain centralized reporting frameworks and metric dashboardsProgram Delivery & GovernanceManage program timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones across multiple workstreamsEnsure strong alignment between engineering, product, data, and business stakeholdersDrive structured communication, status reporting, and executive updatesProactively identify and resolve blockers, ensuring high-quality and timely deliveryTechnical Oversight (GCP)Review and challenge technical design and implementation plans, particularly within Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Provide informed recommendations on architecture, scalability, and system designEnsure best practices in cloud-native development and data infrastructure are followedMust have qualificationsTo be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or leading engineering programsStrong understanding of the software development lifecycle and large-scale system deliveryProven experience managing complex, multi-stream technical programs in a client-facing or consulting environmentHands-on experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, incrementality testing, or similar)Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and strategyDeep knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with the ability to review and influence technical solutionsGCP Certifications (Google Cloud Digital Leader, Google Cloud Architect)Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level presentationsStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of urgencyAdvanced conversational EnglishUS Citizenship required (due to Public Sector requirements)Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field or equivalent experienceNice to have qualificationsExperience with programming or scripting languages (Python, SQL, R, etc.)Experience in the digital advertising ecosystem or data-rich platformsBackground in statistical modeling or advanced quantitative analysisExperience building measurement and analytics frameworks at scaleAgile or program management certifications (e.g., PMP, SAFe)I
