Operations Systems & AI Automation Specialist

**About the Role \& The Mission** Coposts is on a mission to become the leading partner in authentic social media content marketing for franchise and multi\-location brands. We've built a company that can serve hundreds, but we need to build and prepare for thousands of locations without adding unnecessary complexity or overhead. To accomplish that, we need someone obsessed with systems, and that starts with this role. Someone who sees manual work and immediately asks: **"Why are we doing this by hand?"** We're looking for someone who’s excited to develop backend operations and integrate AI automation into our existing workflows. Someone who can take a repetitive process, map it out, automate what should be automated, document what should remain human, and build a machine that scales. This is not about checking boxes or a task\-list role. We'll define the outcomes we need — you'll figure out how to get there, building the systems and automations that make it happen. It is about building the operational engine behind the next stage of Coposts' growth. If you enjoy taking a working process and making it sharper, faster, and more automated, you will help build the operational engine that allows Coposts to scale from a growing agency into a category\-leading company. **What Success Looks Like (Outcomes \& KPIs)First 30 Days: Systems Audit \& Quick Wins** * Audit our current operational workflows, software stack, and manual processes. * Identify the highest\-impact bottlenecks that are slowing growth. * Implement meaningful workflow improvements and automations that reduce manual work, increase speed, and improve accuracy. **First 60 Days: Build the Foundation** * Establish a scalable CRM and operational infrastructure (whether Go High Level, HubSpot, or another selected platform). * Build and document clear SOPs for key internal processes, including content workflows, client management, and team operations. * Create documented, repeatable systems to transform manual processes into scalable systems. **Ongoing Success Metrics** * Continuously identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and improve operations. * Improve project turnaround times through smarter workflows and better process design. * Maintain accurate data and reliable systems across all business tools. * Quickly diagnose and solve operational issues before they become bottlenecks. * Proactively recommend new tools, AI solutions, or process improvements that help Coposts scale efficiently. **You will thrive here if:** * You get annoyed when you see people doing repetitive tasks manually. * You enjoy opening an average spreadsheet and designing a cleaner system. * You can learn a new software platform over a weekend. * You use AI as a daily productivity tool, not a novelty. * You would rather own a problem and figure it out than wait for a detailed instruction manual. * You enjoy moving quickly, testing solutions, and improving as you go. **Daily Responsibilities \& Dut
