Process Oversight: Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to ensure timely, high-quality delivery to our third-party clients. Client Collaboration: Partner directly with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and provide tailored, consultative recruitment solutions. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Proven Leadership: Solid experience in a leadership or senior recruitment role, preferably within a headhunting or agency setting. Recruitment Mastery: Deep understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and modern headhunting techniques. Relationship Building: Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage both internal team dynamics and external client relationships. Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze team performance and pivot strategies to solve complex hiring challenges. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and AI-assisted sourcing technologies. REQUIRED TOOLS AND KNOWLEDGE ATS Management: Advanced experience navigating and auditing Applicant Tracking Systems.
