using a variety of RWD sources, including Optum and FlatironLeverage advanced statistical and epidemiological methodologiesto deliver robust and reliable analysesCreate, review, and approve programming plansat both study and project levelsDemonstrate advanced knowledge
of programming, epidemiologicalmethodologyimplementation,
and system development life cycle conceptsMaintain clear documentation

and system development life cycle concepts.Maintain clear documentation of analytical programming and operational definitions
to support reproducible and auditable RWE studiesDevelop dashboards, reports, and presentationsto communicate findingsWork collaboratively with members of study teams
to meet study and recurring report timelinesWho You AreMS in data science, epidemiology, statistics, public health, or related disciplineAt least 7 years of experience in Real-World Data (RWD) analysis and Real-World Analytics (RWA)using healthcare claims, EMR, and/or registry databases within the biopharmaceutical industry or provider/payer organizationsIncludes strong hands-on experience with Optum and/or Flatiron dataFluency in SQL and R programming isrequiredExperience writing original codeand performing raw data analysis (not derived solely from clinical trials)Includes running analyses and/or developing code for real-world analysesKnowledge of SAS and/or Python is considered an advantageFamiliarity with US and global healthcare coding systems(e.g., ICD, CPT, HCPCS, LOINC, MedDRA)And healthcare delivery systems (e.g., payers and reimbursement models)Experience conducting routine and advanced statistical analyses for RWE generationIncluding time-to-event, cross-sectional, and longitudinal dataExperience with big data analytical platformsDeep understanding of observational study analysisAbility to work independently and contribute to scrum development goalsIn a fast-paced, flexible, team-oriented environmentStrong communicationand collaboration skillsCompetent in written and oral English.EEO Disclaimer
