About the RoleYou’ll play a key role in bringing a new standard of cardiovascular care into real clinical practice. As our Clinical Engagement Manager, you will help physicians and hospitals adopt PMcardio with confidence—from first clinical conversations through onboarding and go-live. Your work will directly shape how AI is trusted, implemented, and used in cardiology and emergency care. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to help change how cardiovascular disease is detected and managed worldwide. Your RoleDrive clinical adoption and credibility: Build trust with physicians and medical stakeholders through being a strong clinical partnerLead clinical training and education: Deliver training for physicians, especially in emergency medicine and cardiology, and explain AI outputs in a clear, credible, and clinically relevant wayOwn onboarding and go-live execution: Coordinate and support client onboarding, workflow implementation, app setup, and go-live activities to ensure every client gets off to a strong startBe the customer voice internally: Capture feedback from clients and clinicians and translate insights into actionable input for Product and Medical teamsPartner across teams: Work closely with Sales to support demos, pilots and smooth customer experiencesRepresent the brand: Act as a Powerful Medical ambassador through KOL engagement, conference presentations, follow-ups after implementation, troubleshooting and monitoring usagewhat you needYour ProfileClinical background: Degree in medicine or a related healthcare field; practical clinical experience is a strong advantageClient-facing experience: You’ve worked in roles where building relationships, earning trust, and driving outcomes for customers matteredStrong communicator: Fluent in English and Slovak or Czech, ability to communicate clearly with clinical audiencesHealthcare workflow understanding: You understand how hospitals work in practiceCustomer-facing mindset: You enjoy working directly with clinicians, clients, and partners to drive adoption and successful onboardingOwnership: You are hands-on, dependable, and proactive.
