Located at our Medical Center, we are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast\-paced environment, possess knowledge in eClinicalWorks, and are eager to learn and grow with our center. **Why Join Us:** * **Growth Opportunities:** Be part of a rapidly growing company, offering diverse avenues for career development. * **Professional Environment:** Join a team that values continuous learning and provides opportunities for personal and professional growth. **Responsibilities:** * Verify insurance coverage and eligibility. * Obtain pre\-authorization and ensure proper documentation is submitted. * Communicate with insurance companies to resolve issues or discrepancies. * Maintain accurate records of authorizations and follow\-up on pending cases. * Stay updated on insurance policies, guidelines, and industry changes. * Schedule peer\-to\-peer reviews and complete denial authorization processes when needed. **Requirements:** * Previous experience working in a medical office. * Knowledge of insurance plans and authorization processes. * Experience in healthcare benefit verifications. * Knowledge of eCW electronic medical records is a plus. * Recent experience (past 2\-3 years) in obtaining authorizations, minimum 2 years. * Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document information. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and record\-keeping. * Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. *Note: This job description is not intended to be all\-inclusive.
