We deliver high-quality services aligned to business needs, driving innovative improvements that support our company strategy and modern operating principles.We are looking for a highly analytical, execution-oriented Senior Business Strategy Analyst to work as an individual contributor on some of the most important growth and go-to-market questions facing our auto lending business. This role is designed for a seasoned strategist who prefers hands-on problem solving and critical thinking over team management, and who can independently take ambiguous business questions from definition through analysis to executive-ready, data-driven recommendations. You will partner closely with leaders across Marketing, Sales, Product, Analytics (Underwriting/Pricing), and Finance, contributing rigorous analysis and structured thinking to shape go-to-market (GTM) strategy, growth initiatives, and strategic planning. While this is not a people-manager role, it has high visibility and impact, with regular interaction with Director- and VP-level stakeholders. This is not a role focused on passively pulling data or waiting for predefined order tickets. Success in this role requires proactive problem framing, hypothesis-driven analysis, and independent judgment—using data as a tool to answer why and what should we do, not just what happened.Outcomes and Activities:Independently lead strategic analyses that inform business and go-to-market (GTM) strategy, including product launches, customer segmentation, channel strategy, and market expansion.Translate ambiguous business questions into structured problem statements, hypotheses, and analytical workplans—without relying on detailed instructions.Build and maintain financial, strategic, and scenario models to evaluate new opportunities, risks, and trade-offs.Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover insights related to customer behavior, portfolio performance, channel effectiveness, and growth opportunities.Partner with cross-functional teams to shape the direction of analysis, not just execute predefined requests.Develop clear, insight-rich recommendations that are grounded in data, commercial judgment, and business impact.Create consulting-style, executive-quality PowerPoint presentations that use data-driven storytelling to influence decisions and align stakeholders.Define success metrics and KPIs for strategic initiatives and support ongoing performance tracking.Contribute meaningfully to quarterly and annual strategic planning cycles.Act as a trusted thought partner to senior stakeholders, bringing a strong point of view supported by analysis. Knowledge and Skills:Strong command of strategy and problem-solving frameworks, critical thinking, competitive analysis, and business case development.Advanced data analysis and modeling skills, with the ability to work independently end-to-end—from data exploration to insight synthesis.Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools, such as Power BI, to explore data, build views, and communicate insights.Experience working with large datasets and de-averaging portfolio-level metrics to identify segment-level opportunities (e.g., by customer behavior, product usage, channel, or geography).Ability to design and interpret dashboards and data visualizations for senior audiences, while knowing when deeper analysis is required beyond dashboards.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive storytelling and structured slide development.Comfortable operating in ambiguity with a bias for action, intellectual curiosity, and urgency.Strong business judgment and pragmatic decision-making mindset.Proven ability to influence without authority in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.Requirements:6–8 years of relevant experience in:Top-tier or strong management consulting firms, orInternal strategy, analytics, or GTM roles at a high-performance company (e.g., financial services, fintech, consumer lending, technology).Demonstrated experience owning strategy or analytics workstreams independently, from problem definition through delivery.High fluency in data environments.Hands-on experience using SQL and Excel for data analysis (beyond conceptual familiarity), with additio
