Google Contacts Power User — Paid CRM & Relationship Software Tester

MarTech LLC is seeking **experienced Google Contacts users** to evaluate PointOf.Contact, a relationship\-management application designed to make the information already stored in Google Contacts more useful. This is a paid, limited\-duration QA and usability assignment. You will complete a real relationship\-management workflow, evaluate how clearly the product communicates its value, identify software or usability issues, and provide structured written feedback. **What you'll do** During approximately 60–90 minutes of testing, you will: * Review the PointOf.Contact website and describe what you think the product is designed to help you accomplish. * Sign in using Google. * Evaluate the initial experience of viewing and organizing your existing contacts. * Find a person in your network you would benefit from reconnecting with. * Evaluate the information the product provides about that relationship. * Use the application's relationship prioritization or next\-action capabilities. * Install and test the PointOf.Contact Chrome extension if included in your assigned workflow. * Add or enrich a contact from LinkedIn where appropriate. * Determine whether the resulting contact information is genuinely more useful than what you had before. * Identify confusing, missing or malfunctioning functionality. * Evaluate the product's positioning as a relationship\-intelligence tool rather than simply another contact manager. * Complete a structured written evaluation. With your permission, the usability portion may include screen and voice recording. Because contact information can contain personal information, explicit recording and privacy instructions will be provided before the session. **Required qualifications** You should: * Use Google Contacts regularly. * Have a substantial Google Contacts address book. * Use Gmail and Google Contacts as meaningful parts of your professional workflow. * Regularly need to remember who someone is, when you last interacted, or why a relationship matters. * Be comfortable evaluating software and articulating usability problems. * Have access to desktop Chrome. **Especially useful experience** Experience with any of the following is helpful but not required: * LinkedIn * Clay * Dex * Monica * Folk * HubSpot * Salesforce * Personal CRM software * Recruiting or talent relationship management * Business development or professional networking **Deliverable** A completed usability exercise and written evaluation of: * Value proposition * Trust and permissions * Signup * Contact synchronization * Activation * Relationship intelligence * Chrome extension workflow * Missing features * Bugs * Competitive alternatives * Willingness to pay This is a short\-term product\-testing contract, not an ongoing full\-time position.
