All open positions are posted in location specific employment portals available at www.kapitus.com/careersAll legitimate Kapitus job postings on employment sites will direct candidates to complete an application through these portals before completion of the hiring process.Candidates with additional questions or concerns regarding any recruiting communications or Kapitus’ recruiting process in general should email recruiting@kapitus.comThe Account Manager I - Direct Sales is a key participant in the Sales department responsible for building new portfolios of business clients through merchant services and funding.What you will do:Experience selling Financial Services to small-large sized businesses.Assist and manage negotiation, presentation, and business development for your clientsWork in conjunction with a team of SDR2’s to help manage their sales pipeline from qualifying prospects, document review/collection, and closing deals.Will primarily work on unconverted leads, win-back campaigns on closed lost opportunities, and document collection on deals in closing.Expectation is to manage all unconverted leads and all approve not funded accounts within an SDR2 teamResponsible for hitting key target metrics including call and text volume, submissions and approvals and conversion %’sDevelop relationships with customers and generate new business through proactive targeted outbound callingConsistently follow up on leads and accounts and maintain the team’s active pipeline dailyResearch, analyze and provide background information on potential clientsWork in a team atmosphere by communicating with sales department and merchants in both written and verbal formTrack and manage upwards of 50 prospects at different stages of the sales cycleStay current with industry trends to understand market dynamicsResponsibilities are subject to change to best suit the needs and interests of the businessWill work under the Director, Sales Development I while supporting an experienced teams of SDR2’sWhat we’re looking for:Diploma required; college degree preferred2+ years of sales experience, ideally in IT, Fin-Tech, SaaS, and/or consultative sales with demonstrable experience deliveringExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills as well as a strong sense of accountability.Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.Ability and desire to work in a rapid-paced environment.Experience achieving metric and quality performanceWorking knowledge of Microsoft SuiteExperience with administrative tasksHigh level of professionalismKapitus Total Rewards Package Includes:Competitive Base Salary Range of $45,000.
