We're seeking someone with 3 years of scheduling experience to serve as a Patient Services Coordinator, acting as the vital communication bridge between patients, field clinicians, and clinical managers across our East Valley, West Valley, Tucson, Payson, and Colorado branches. In this fast\-paced, self\-directed role, you'll manage high\-volume outbound patient calls to verify critical information and ensure seamless continuity of care while navigating Excel spreadsheets and our Homecare Homebase (HCHB) system with precision and attention to detail. As one of the first points of contact for patients receiving home care services, you'll leverage your strong verbal and written communication skills, adaptability, and empathy to support field clinicians in managing their schedules and overcoming daily challenges.
