Graphic Designer For Marketing Agency

**A portfolio is required for consideration.** Amped Marketing is a full\-service marketing agency in Tucson, Arizona, serving both local and national clients. We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with strong creative instincts, excellent attention to detail, and a solid understanding of website design, branding, and marketing\-focused visuals. This role will primarily focus on designing website mockups, digital graphics, and marketing materials for a variety of clients. The ideal candidate understands how design supports strategy, user experience, brand consistency, and conversion goals. This is not a web development role. No coding experience is required. However, candidates should understand the design needs, limitations, and opportunities of modern websites. **Responsibilities** The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating clean, professional, and brand\-aligned designs for client projects. This may include: * Designing website mockups, including homepages, interior pages, landing pages, and custom page elements * Creating graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media, email marketing, ads, and websites * Developing design elements and templates that support client marketing goals * Maintaining consistency across brand visuals, layouts, typography, and design systems * Collaborating with internal team members, including SEO, content, development, account management, and leadership * Managing multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines * Reviewing work carefully for detail, layout, alignment, and consistency * Supporting additional creative and marketing projects as needed **Requirements** The ideal candidate should have: * 3\+ years of graphic design experience * A strong portfolio showcasing website design, digital design, branding, and/or marketing materials * Strong understanding of layout, balance, composition, typography, and visual hierarchy * Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop * Experience designing for online creative or marketing campaigns * A strong eye for detail and consistency * Excellent organization, time management, and problem\-solving skills * Strong communication skills and a team\-first attitude * Ability to work independently and stay self\-motivated * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines calmly and professionally * Understanding of current web design trends, user experience basics, and responsive design considerations **Preferred Skills** * Experience creating website mockups for developers * Experience working with AI design tools (Artlist, Higgsfield, etc) * Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools * Experience designing for SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing campaigns * Agency experience or experience working with multiple brands/clients **To Apply** Please submit your resume and a link to your portfolio.
