(Senior) eCommerce Manager (gn) - International Growth - More Nutrition

We are looking for a (Senior) E-Commerce Manager (gn) to take full ownership of our international Shopify markets and drive their next phase of growth. This role combines strategic responsibility and operational excellence. You will own the end-to-end webshop performance across international markets, optimize the entire customer journey, and continuously unlock new revenue and monetization opportunities. You think in impact, scalability, and unit economics – not tasks. You combine strong analytical thinking with hands-on execution and actively leverage AI to drive efficiency and growth. This position is based in our Headquarter in Hamburg but can be done mostly remote within Germany. You need to bring a flexiblity to work from the HQ on a regular basis (1x/month).In order to perform the role and duties effectively, we ask for your understanding that we can only consider candidates who have German language skills at a minimum C1 level. Your missionYou own and drive the full performance of our international Shopify markets, including strategy, execution, and continuous optimizationYou develop and implement market entry and expansion strategies to unlock new growth opportunitiesYou take full responsibility for the end-to-end e-commerce funnel, optimizing the entire customer journey from first touch to conversionYou manage and execute onsite campaigns, promotions, and revenue-driving initiatives across all marketsYou continuously improve UX, conversion paths, and overall webshop performance to maximize business impactYou own and evolve our Shopify ecosystem (Markets, themes, apps, integrations) to ensure scalability and efficiencyYou lead the creation and management of localized webshop content, ensuring market-specific relevance and consistencyYou track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (e.g. conversion rate, AOV, CLV, CAC, retention) and derive actionable insightsYou identify, prioritize, and implement high-impact growth levers based on data and customer behaviorYou collaborate closely with CRO, Brand, Creative, and Performance teams to run experiments, validate hypotheses, and drive measurable improvements through testing and AI-powered automation Your experience & skillsYou bring 3+ years of experience in e-commerce with clear ownership of revenue and business performanceYou have strong experience in international D2C environments, ideally across multiple marketsYou possess deep expertise in Shopify, including Shopify Markets, internationalization, apps, analytics, theme customization, and landing pagesYou have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving conversion ratesYou demonstrate a strong understanding of e-commerce unit economics and key value driversYou have a highly analytical mindset with a strong focus on KPIs and data-driven decision-makingYou are experienced in leveraging AI tools and automation within e-commerce to drive efficiency and growthYou think entrepreneurially and are able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentYou work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented mannerYou combine strategic thinking with a hands-on, execution-focused approachYou have excellent German and very good English skillsWhat success looks like in this roleScalable international Shopify markets with sustainable revenue growthClear improvements in conversion rate, AOV and retentionStrong, data-backed prioritization of growth initiativesEfficient, AI-enabled E-Commerce processes A high-performing international webshop setup aligned with business objectivesWhy choose us?Being part of our team means joining a high-performing company with a diverse and inclusive culture.
