Group Lead

**We are seeking a Group Lead to assist our employees in the Myrtle Beach area with training, workforce planning and efficiency oversight.** This role is responsible for coordinating staffing coverage, overseeing new hire onboarding, training for both new and established staff, competency development, and ongoing staff productivity within the Care Group, as well as supporting initiatives such as Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM). Group Lead does not provide direct patient\-facing care but serves as the organizer, coach, and problem\-solver for training and staffing across the team.
