The ideal candidate will have experience in handling import/export documentation, knowledge of customs formalities, and a keen eye for detail. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work as part of a team, and a proactive approach to operational tasks. Key Responsibilities: Independently handle import/export documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant rules, regulations, and procedures. Coordinate and manage the entire documentation process related to import/export activities. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Stay updated on customs formalities and practices related to the freight forwarding business. Prepare and manage reports using Microsoft Office tools. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in import/export documentation, freight forwarding, and customs formalities. Good communication skills and a strong team player. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Qualifications in shipping, logistics, or customs CHA fields are an added advantage. A valid motorcycle driving license is mandatory.
