Job Description

**Sales Page Builder \& Funnel Designer** Own the design, build, and conversion performance of every sales page and funnel we ship. **Job Type**: Part\-Time (20 \- 30 hrs/week) **Pay**: $38 \- $45 USD per hour (based on experience) **Location**: Remote **Schedule**: Set your own hours within the weekly commitment; championship\-level surge cadence during launch seasons, recovery in between **Reports To:** Director of Marketing Right now, TUB's sales pages and funnels get built by whoever has the bandwidth, not whoever has the eye. A senior copywriter and two ops team members are patching together pages between their real jobs, and nobody owns whether those pages actually convert. This role fixes that: you take finished copy and turn it into a page that looks as sharp as it reads, build it in GHL, and then watch the numbers and improve what's underperforming. If you can see a wall of text and immediately know where it needs a headline, an image, or a graph to make the argument land, this is your seat. **WHO WE ARE** The Uncommon Business is the world's fastest\-growing AI\-first education company, teaching business leaders to architect intelligent systems, not just prompt tools. We don't do busywork, legacy thinking, or 80\-hour founder weeks. We build companies where AI handles the repeatable, humans drive the irreplaceable, and leaders scale without burning out. We're profitable, EOS\-driven, and operate in championship\-level surge cycles. You'll be promoted on impact and ownership, not tenure. High performers thrive here. Passengers don't last. **IF YOU WORKED HERE LAST WEEK** You might have: * Built and shipped 4 new sales pages for a product launch, each live 48 hours ahead of deadline, freeing the senior copywriter to focus on nothing but copy. * Taken an underperforming opt\-in page and run an optimization pass, rebuilding the visual hierarchy and adding a supporting graph that made the offer easier to say yes to. * Sat with the senior copywriter to translate a finished sales letter into a full page design, mapping image placement and graph specs, and had it live in GHL within days. * Reviewed performance data across three existing funnels, flagged the two biggest conversion leaks, and rebuilt them from the ground up. * Owned the entire build queue for a launch cycle, handling five pages solo so ops could stay focused on their own scope. **WHAT YOU'LL OWN** We value ownership over task lists. Here's where you'll lead: **Page \& Funnel Design.** You own the end\-to\-end design and build of TUB's sales pages, opt\-in pages, and funnels in GHL, turning finished copy into pages built to convert, not just pages that exist. **Copy\-to\-Page Translation.** You partner directly with the copy team, taking a finished sales letter or opt\-in copy and building the visual hierarchy, image placement, and layout that brings it to life on the page. **Asset Commissioning.** You decide where a page needs a graph, chart, or infographic
