We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to focus on 180 recruitment, driving pure candidate delivery across high-volume engineering roles within the AU market. This is a non-client facing role, fully dedicated to sourcing, engaging, and managing top-tier technical talent. You’ll be equipped with a LinkedIn AI Recruiter license to streamline sourcing and uncover high-quality passive candidates. You will manage multiple technical roles and squad hires, with a strong focus on proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, and pipeline management. Success in this role requires strong technical sourcing skills, strategic candidate communication, and the ability to manage high-volume pipelines in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do Pure Delivery: Forget client calls and lead generation. Your sole focus is identifying, engaging, and closing top-tier talent. High-Volume Engineering Sourcing: Manage multiple roles simultaneously, often working on "squad" hires (e.g., 10x Software Engineers for the same project/tech stack). AI-Driven Recruitment: Master the new LinkedIn AI Recruiter platform to automate talent mapping and identify premium passive candidates. Strategic Pitching: Execute high-level outreach using our specialized training to “sell" the vision of Australia's top startups. RequirementsWhat You Bring We’re looking for someone who: Requirements/ Skills Needed: Over five years of recruitment experience, including at least four years specializing in tech roles, with a strong track record hiring for the Australian market; also open to candidates who have experience recruiting for US tech. 3+ years in Software Engineering is highly preferred. Experience in Data, DevOps, or Security is also a major plus. Expert LinkedIn Recruiter skills; you know how to "hunt” rather than just wait for applicants Has exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence, engage, and build trust with candidates. Is results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
