***About Closeout Pro*** Closeout Pro is a construction technology platform designed to bring structure and visibility to one of the most complex stages of construction delivery — project closeout and handover. Construction projects generate significant documentation, coordination, and operational risk at the final stages of delivery. Closeout Pro helps contractors, developers, and owners manage this process in a structured and transparent way across their projects. Closeout Pro is an early\-stage company with existing customers and growing revenue. We are a founder\-led, execution\-driven team working closely with industry leaders to modernize how closeout is managed across construction organizations. ***About the Role*** You already know what a GC is. You know how Procore, Autodesk Forma, and other construction management platforms work. You can get on a call with a VP of Operations or a Project Manager and have a credible conversation about closeout and handover without needing a primer. That’s the baseline. If that’s you, keep reading. You will own top\-of\-funnel pipeline generation — booking qualified meetings for our Account Executives through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow\-up, and targeted account outreach. ***Key Responsibilities*** **Pipeline Generation** * Identify and research target accounts within the construction industry — General Contractors, Developers, and Owners * Build prospect lists using LinkedIn, Procore ecosystem data, and industry event attendee lists * Run outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to book qualified meetings for the AE team * Hit consistent weekly meeting targets **Lead Qualification** * Qualify inbound and outbound leads against Closeout Pro’s ICP — GCs, Developers, and Owners with active project volume * Identify the right stakeholders — VPs of Operations, Project Managers, Project Engineers * Run discovery conversations to confirm fit before handing off to an AE **CRM \& Pipeline Management** * Keep prospect records, activity logs, and pipeline data accurate in HubSpot * Maintain clean handoff notes and meeting outcomes with the AE team * Track sequence performance and conversion rates to identify what’s working * Support post\-demo follow\-up to keep early\-stage deals moving **Industry Engagement** * Attend 1–2 industry conferences per year to represent Closeout Pro and generate leads ***What We're Looking For*** **Experience** * 2–4 years in Sales Development, Business Development, or inside sales * Experience in SaaS or technology sales * Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, or a comparable CRM **Industry Background (Required \& Preferred)** * Experience selling into or working within the construction industry (Required) * Hands\-on familiarity with Procore, Autodesk Forma, CMiC, Trimble, or similar platforms * Working knowledge of the construction project lifecycle and key stakeholder roles **Skills** * Comfortable with cold outreach and quick to buil
