Position Overview The LDM Group LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Proposal Manager \& Technical Writer to lead and support Federal proposal efforts on an ad hoc, opportunity\-by\-opportunity basis. The consultant will manage proposal development from pre\-solicitation planning through final submission, while also serving as a lead technical writer for cybersecurity, information technology, information assurance, digital modernization, and management consulting requirements. The successful candidate must be able to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compliant, persuasive, and evaluator\-focused proposal narratives. This individual must also understand how to develop and convey win themes, discriminators, value propositions, and customer\-focused solutions. The consultant will work closely with LDM executive leadership, capture leads, subject matter experts, teaming partners, pricing personnel, and proposal contributors.
