Title: Bilingual Patient Engagement Coordinator - Temporary Location: Remote Employment Type: Temporary (through 12/31/2026)Hourly Pay Range:$16- $20.34 per hourSchedule: 10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week. Together with DocGo's integrated Ambulnz medical transport services, DocGo is bridging the gap between physical and virtual care.Responsibilities:Perform omnichanneloutreachincluding but not limited to voice, email, SMS, and socialpatient engagementtomarket andschedule patients for healthcare appointmentsProperly escalate emergency patient communication as needed based on predetermined workflowsHandle inbound partner priority escalationsAnswer inbound calls toassistpatients withpre-and post-visit support needsDocument interactions effectively in a CRM or EMRParticipate in department meetingsVerify insurance andproperly schedule visitsEffectively communicate with patients through various platformsProvide on-demand support for patients, providers, and in-field Mobile Health CliniciansCoordinate with the field teamsand clinical teamsproviding careCoordinate support with patient medical records, letters, forms, and patient follow-upEnsure professional communication with patients, coworkers, managers, and field staffMaintain positive QA and KPI reviews– minimum 85%Maintain a compliant minimum ready time of80%each weekMaintain a15% booking rate each week, or minimum of15bookings per shift, whichever is greaterStay current with the changing needs of the departmentAdditionalassignments,andcross functional tasks, will berequiredas necessaryRequired Qualifications:Must be available to accept work through the end of 2026.High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Experience working in a call center or phone-based sales/support teamBasic knowledge of using standard applications (Outlook, Excel, Word,etc.)Bilingual English and SpanishOutstanding organizational and multitasking abilitiesActive listener with excellent communication skillsSound judgment and critical thinkingComfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to pivot work focus as priorities shift, based on the needs of the businessPreferred Qualifications:Experience in healthcare, sales, patient scheduling, medical billing, or customer servicePrior experience using CRM platforms, AthenaHealth EMR, CX phone systemsAdditional Details Regarding Remote Workforce:The remote worker must have access to:Stable high-speed internetA quiet, professional, in-home area to complete workTo allow for remote QA, training, andassistance, the remote worker willbe requiredto use a company-provided computer that is pre-set to allow for screen, keystroke, and audio (while on calls) recordingAnyadditionalrequired technology resources will be provided by the companyManagers may request cameras turned on during team meetingsEEO/AAP Statement: DocGo is an equal opportunity employer.
