From branding and websites to SEO, content creation, organic social media, and paid advertising, our team works collaboratively to help clients attract the right patients and grow their practices with confidence.
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and analytics.
Approximately 75\-85% of this role is dedicated to planning, building, managing, and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns. f you love digging into Meta Ads Manager, testing audiences, optimizing campaigns, analyzing data, and collaborating with creative minds to produce exceptional work, we'd love to meet you.
**What You'll Be Doing**
As our Performance Marketing Manager, you'll own the strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid advertising campaigns for a portfolio of aesthetic clients.
**You'll be responsible for:**
* Building and managing high\-performing Meta advertising campaigns
* Developing audience strategies using custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting
* Conducting A/B testing of creative, copy, audiences, placements, and landing pages
* Monitoring campaign performance and making ongoing optimizations
* Managing advertising budgets and maximizing return on investment
* Implementing Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and campaign tracking
* Analyzing campaign data and preparing client performance reports
* Presenting campaign results and recommendations during client meetings
* Collaborating with designers, copywriters, SEO specialists, web developers, and account managers
* Contributing ideas that improve both client performance and agency processes
This role is equal parts strategist, analyst, collaborator, and consultant.

**Qualifications**
We're looking for someone who has:
* 2\+ years of experience managing Meta advertising campaigns
* Experience managing multiple client accounts, preferably in an agency environment
* Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager
* Experience with audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion campaigns
* Experience implementing Meta Pixel and Conversions API
* Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4\) and Google Tag Manager
