Job Description

**Job Title: Scrum Master – Digital Content Team** **About the Role** We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Scrum Master to join the Digital Content team supporting Customer Name. This role is ideal for a junior to mid\-level professional with experience working in agile environments and coordinating cross\-functional digital teams in a fast\-paced retail ecosystem. This role will have strong stakeholder communication management. Detailed communication and alignment across business stakeholders and operational partners. Our environment is highly dynamic, with changing priorities and daily shifts driven by the retail market. We are looking for someone organized, collaborative, and execution\-oriented who can help teams stay aligned, productive, and connected while fostering a positive and supportive team culture. You will work closely with designers, copywriters, QA specialists, marketers, product teams, content creators, and authoring teams across multiple digital initiatives including campaigns, websites, emails, app content, e\-commerce experiences, retail promotions, branding, and UI/UX projects. This position works fully remotely in Central Time business hours and collaborates with an international team distributed across different parts of the world. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews * Coordinate workflows and ensure projects move efficiently through all stages of production * Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date project tracking across tasks, timelines, priorities, and deliverables * Support resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple concurrent projects * Collaborate closely with cross\-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth communication * Identify blockers, risks, and process inefficiencies, helping teams resolve issues proactively * Help design, optimize, and improve production and operational workflows * Promote a collaborative, positive, and high\-performing team environment * Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs within a fast\-moving retail environment * Assist in reporting, project visibility, and status communication for stakeholders **Qualifications** * Demonstrable experience working with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks * Agile/Scrum certification required * Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coordinating agile teams * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * Strong adaptability and problem\-solving mindset * Experience working with CRM/project management tools, preferably Monday.com * Professional fluency in English (spoken, written, and listening comprehension) * Experience working with cross\-functional digital teams * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast\-paced environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in retail
