Functional Medicine Provider

We are looking for an exceptional Functional Medicine Provider to join our growing clinical team and help clients improve how they look, feel, and perform through personalized, data\-driven care. This role is primarily remote, with occasional in\-office work requested for team trainings, client events, clinic days, or strategic initiatives. The ability to communicate and relate how our protocols can benefit a clients health and longevity is critical for this role. **About the Role** As an Ageless Future Functional Medicine Provider, you will work directly with clients through virtual visits, lab reviews, follow\-ups, and personalized protocol recommendations. You will use functional medicine principles, advanced diagnostics, and our patented **Ageless Future Operating System** process to help clients identify root causes, understand their health data, and follow a clear plan for better energy, metabolism, hormone balance, recovery, cognitive performance, and long\-term vitality. This is a great fit for a provider who wants to practice medicine differently — with more time, better tools, and a proactive approach focused on optimization instead of simply managing symptoms. Key Responsibilities * Conduct virtual client visits, lab reviews, and follow\-up consultations. * Review labs, health histories, symptoms, and client goals. * Recommend personalized treatment strategies, including supplements, peptides, lifestyle changes, and additional testing when appropriate. * Use the Ageless Future Operating System process to guide clients through a structured health optimization journey. * Collaborate with health integrators, client success, operations, and medical leadership. * Complete accurate and timely documentation. * Follow all applicable clinical, prescribing, compliance, and telehealth guidelines. * Participate in occasional trainings, meetings, in\-office work, or client\-facing events as needed. Qualifications * Licensed Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant\-Certified, or Medical Doctor. * Active license in good standing. * Multi\-state licensure strongly preferred. * Experience in functional medicine, integrative medicine, hormone optimization, peptides, longevity medicine, metabolic health, or related fields preferred. * Comfortable providing care through telehealth. * Strong lab interpretation and clinical decision\-making skills. * Excellent communication skills with a warm, client\-centered approach. * Detail\-oriented, collaborative, and excited to be part of a fast\-growing company.
