As the company continues to scale at a rapid pace, a strong addition to AR is crucial. The top priority for this role is to provide support in maintaining complete, timely and accurate records.This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a WFH set-up.If you have the right skill set, this may be your opportunity to enter this fast- growing organization.Responsibilities:Post payments and reconcile accounts according to established requirements.Post security deposit refunds for all entitiesOffer support for accounts receivable tasks, including payment and credit memo applicationsAssist with the write-off process, maintain records, and provide reports on write-off activities as neededProvide audit support by gathering and organizing all information required by auditorsConduct regular account and payment reconciliations in compliance with best practices.Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial dataCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment and billing errorsQualifications: Proven experience in Accounts Receivable and BillingBachelors degree in Accounting or a related field Familiarity with accounting systems and AR software (e.g., Salesforce, Zuora, Stripe) is preferredStrong analytical, written, and verbal communication skillsProactive problem-solving skills with a strong willingness to learn Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced, demanding environmentOriginally posted on Himalayas
