We're transforming the healthcare landscape, solving communication challenges, and creating connections that empower the nation's premier healthcare ecosystem.We are seeking a Senior Website & Digital Marketing Managerto lead the evolution of ourwebsite anddigital presence into a modern, intelligent, and high-performing ecosystem. This role will focus on advancing our digital experience strategy, AI-driven discoverability (LLM/AEO), and UX-led modernization within a B2B SaaS environment.Sponsorship, in any form, is not available for this role.Submitting a portfolio is required. If password protected, please include password to access it.The ideal candidate has:Strong website and digital expertise, with the ability to own and lead a website end-to-end, including performance, user experience, and modernization efforts. A minimum of 8 years of experience is ideal.Experience supporting B2B in a SaaS environment.Digitally and web-savvy, with a solid understanding of how websites drive business outcomes, including buyer experience, searchability, and performance optimization.Business acumen, you can understand our business model and translate business needs into effective digital strategies.Strong cross-functional leadership and influencing skills.Forward-thinking skills, you can identify opportunities, define improvements, and drive change without waiting for direction.Analytics proficiency, including experience interpreting data (e.g., Google Analytics) and using insights to guide decisions and optimize performance.Experience managing vendors and agencies, including scoping work, evaluating partners, and ensuring delivery against business goals.Familiarity with current CMS platforms (especially WordPress) and the ability to manage the existing site while evaluating future platform decisions.Exposure to emerging digital trends, particularly AI/LLMs, agentic search, and evolving buyer behaviors.UX and website modernization experience.SEO, CRO, AEO, LLM optimization knowledge.Nice-to-Have Qualifications:Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot) to support broader digital ecosystem connectivity.Experience with additional web tools and platforms (e.g., Webflow or other CMS options), as well as third-party tools like Ceros or similar design/interactive platforms.Basic development or coding familiarity, with the ability to understand and work with code, even if not a full-time developer.Experience with or exposure to e-commerce capabilities, particularly as the business evolves toward subscription or digital product offerings.Modern CMS/DXP evaluation experience.Understanding of video and multimedia application within web experiences, which can enhance engagement and user experience.Prior healthcare industry experience, although not required, may help with ramp-up.Paid digital and social media experience.Core Competencies:Strategic thinkingUX-focusCollaborative leaderInnovation and forward-thinkingOrganized self-starterWhat you will be doing:Digital Strategy & TransformationExecuting and leading website and digital experience strategy to support pipeline and revenue growth through website performanceDriving forward the modernization roadmap, including platform evaluation beyond WordPressChampioning AI-driven and next-generation digital strategiesServing as internal web and digital thought partnerUX, Design & Website ModernizationLead UX and design transformation initiativesImprove user journeys, information architecture, and usabilityElevate visual design and simplify complex conceptsWebsite Management & OptimizationOwn WordPress website management and executionOptimizeperformance, speed, and engagementDesign within WordPress (light coding preferred)AI, SEO, AEO & LLM OptimizationLead SEO strategy and exec
