We are seeking a motivated, dependable, flexible, and detail\-oriented Customer Service \& Sales Support Representative to join our remote team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, supporting a sales team, solving problems, and contributing to a growing company. This posistion will be highly related to our golf brand so golf background is a PLUS!
**Position Overview**
The Customer Service \& Sales Support Representative will serve as a primary point of contact for many of our golf industry customers. You will assist with customer inquiries, order processing, sales activities, and account management while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. This role will also be responsible for working collaboratively with our marketing agency.
Success in this role requires strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, self\-motivation, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining a collaborative member of the team.

**Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
* Work collaboratively with the sales manager and the marketing agency.
* Generate sales and walk with customers through the sales process accurately and efficiently
* Track order status and communicate updates to customers
* Resolve customer issues and coordinate solutions with internal departments
* Maintain customer records and CRM data
* Assist with follow\-up communications and relationship management
* Help identify sales and marketing opportunities
* Collaborate with team members on special projects and company initiatives
* Provide exceptional service to golf industry customers and partners
* Ensure accuracy in order entry, customer communications, and account management
* Take ownership of customer issues and work proactively to ensure they are resolved
**Qualifications**
* Previous customer service, inside sales, account support, sales support, or account management experience preferred
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organizational and time\-management abilities
* High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
* Comfortable working independen
