JOB DESCRIPTION:We are looking for an experienced and driven Digital Health Solutions Project Manager to join our UKI team. In this role, you will lead complex digital health projects, ensuring successful delivery while driving continuous improvements in processes, tools, and training.You will play a key role in delivering innovative solutions to customers, contributing directly to commercial success, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver complex digital health projects from initiation to completion, ensuring key milestones and objectives are metDrive improvements, standardisation, and efficiency across project management processes, tools, and trainingManage project governance, ensuring best practice and compliance are consistently appliedDevelop and execute robust project plans aligned with business and customer needsOversee resource planning, installation, and go-live activitiesBuild strong relationships and provide leadership to cross-functional teams, including customer and third-party stakeholdersSupport key account implementations and major customer requirementsFacilitate governance meetings and stakeholder forums internally and externallyContribute to improving win rates, retention, and operational performance metricsWhat You’ll BringExperienceProven experience in project/program management within the digital health or diagnostics industryTrack record of delivering highly complex projects successfullyExperience using formal project management methodologiesEducation & CertificationsBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) requiredDegree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar preferredProject Management certifications such as PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) are highly desirableSkills & CompetenciesExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsStrong ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organisationHighly organised, results-driven, and solution-orientedStrong team player and motivator, with a collaborative mindsetCommercial awareness and ability to align project delivery to business goalsThe base pay for this position is N/AIn specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.JOB FAMILY:Support ServicesDIVISION:CRLB Core LabLOCATION:United Kingdom > Maidenhead : RemoteADDITIONAL LOCATIONS:WORK SHIFT:StandardTRAVEL:Yes, 75 % of the TimeMEDICAL SURVEILLANCE:Not ApplicableSIGNIFICANT WORK ACTIVITIES:Driving a personal auto or company car or truck, or a powered piece of material handling equipmentOriginally posted on Himalayas
