**What You’ll Do**
* Understand and demonstrate DSI Core Values
* Meet regularly with Supervisor and maintain open communication
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention and growth
* Prospect, identify, and secure new business opportunities
* Achieve annual sales revenue goals through strategic sales activities
* Conduct daily customer and prospect meetings to present products, identify needs, and secure opportunities
* Develop and execute short\- and long\-term growth strategies to achieve revenue objectives
* Negotiate SPC agreements and other customer terms as needed
* Maintain accurate schedules, sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and customer activity records in SharePoint
* Collaborate with Customer Facing and Operations teams to enhance the customer experience
* Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments
* Support peers through mentorship and the sharing of best practices and strategies
* Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and commitment to company values at all times
* Respond promptly to customer and team member calls, texts, and emails
* Travel as required to support customer relationships and business objective
**Required Qualifications**
* 8\+ years of related experience
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
