Job DescriptionGM is hiring aGlobal MarketingPlatformLead.This role sits at the intersection ofglobalmarketingprocesses, businessrequirementsand technology,helping product buildthe tools ourmarketersneedto create compellingcampaignsand generativedistinctive assets.You willleveragebest-practicesintool adoption,taxonomy, training & adoptionofMarTechtools (Adobe’s Experience Platform).You willleverageproject management and collaboration skills, workingcross functionally withteams likeproduct, privacy, andagency partnerstoprioritize business requirements influencing product roadmaps.You willpartnerwith key businessstakeholdersbuilding datarepository requirements to fuelworkflows(i.e.agentic AIagents, knowledge base, etc.) This role requires self-starter, withanunderstanding ofmarketing technologyanda proventrack recordpromoting and drivingbusiness operationsandlast mile integrationsacross marketing channels (i.e.CRM, Web, Social, Media).KeyResponsibilities include: Adobe’s Experience PlatformBusiness & ProcessOperations:partner withGMProduct driving processstrategyfor product roadmap execution.Leveragingdatatodetermineexperience priorities.Training &Tool Adoption:acrossglobal marketing, globalagenciesand key business stakeholders (i.e.GMLegal)Content Supply Chain (CSC) Support:supportdevelopment ofan end-to-end marketing process roadmap, spanning discovery through onboarding and launch.Attribute & taxonomy governance:implement taxonomy and proper tagging to measure asset traceability.Overseeing system governance to ensure tools are adopted and implemented responsiblyMaintain Marketing Capability:embed core processes withinthe GM Marketing Way (Way2Grow) frameworkUniversal Process Development & Improvement:campaign development process,customer journey,channel activation placemats, global brand planning, activation & optimization Agentic AI Platform:lead business requirements for AI briefing agentSprint planning:connective tissue betweenbusiness,productand engineering todetermineuser needs and UAT testingTraining & platform adoption:socialization, rollout and change managementacrossglobal marketing, agencypartnersand key business stakeholdersAgent integration:connect strategy agents acrosshundreds of agentic AIplatform agentsMeasurementFramework:determinesuccessful tool adoption,governanceand taxonomy adherence. Required Qualifications:Bachelor’sdegreerequired. Preferredin Marketing,SoftwareEngineeringorrelated field.5+years ofexperiencehands-on experience with campaign management, marketing communication platforms likeAdobe,Salesforce.Demonstrated ability to manage projects with multiple moving parts acrossdepartments andregions.Knowledge of marketingactivationstrategies and approaches.Understanding ofmarketing skills, with experience in developing strategic frameworks.Proven experience succeeding in complex,matrixand cross-functional projects.Ability to deliver large scale initiatives in a fast-paced environment withhigh levelsof complexity and ambiguity​Preferred Qualifications:Proficiencywith Adobe Experience Platform, including Workfront, AEM Assets (DAM), and related Adobe marketing technologies.Experienceadministering or governing Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms such asAprimo.Definedandimplementedenterprise marketing taxonomy and metadata frameworks.SupportedAI-enabled marketing workflows or automation initiatives.Partneredwith Product and Engineering teams to translate business process requirements into platform capabilities.Designedanddocumentedend-to-end marketing workflows across intake, planning, production, activation, and measurement.Skills:Proficiencyin process mapping methodologies, user persona development, and operating model design.Ability to translate business requirements into scalablesystemand data frameworks.Strong capability in process standardization, governance, and change enablement across global organizations.Innovative thinking to approach challenges from multiple fronts, and ability tothink outside the box.Ability to inspire, influence and collaborate across a wide range ofstakeholders,workingacross culturestosupport global initiatives.Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to prioritizetasksand manage time.efficiently whilemaintainingattention to detail.Excellent written,presentationand oral communication skills.Bias towardsaction andenjoysworking in a fast paced, dynamic environment.Communicatecomplex subjects in a simple and straightforward way.Skilled problem solver, whoutilizesdata and experience toidentifyproblems and solutions.Flexibility to adapt to changing needs, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and improving internal processes.Comfort with ambiguity and ability to shift gears comfortably while being an agent for change.Compensation:The compensation information is a good faith estimate only.
