Business Analyst

Millennium Corporation is hiring a Business Analyst to work 100% REMOTE. The Business Analyst will be responsible for collecting program and project information to develop comprehensive Business Case Analyses and After Action reports.RequirementsConduct thorough analyses of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.Gather and analyze data to understand trends, relationships, and insights that impact business operations.Develop detailed business cases to support project and program initiatives, including cost-benefit analyses and risk assessments.Prepare After Action reports that objectively review the outcomes of projects and initiatives, highlighting successes, challenges, and lessons learned.Coordinate with project managers, stakeholders, and team members to gather necessary information for business case development and reporting.Ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals and strategic priorities.Monitor project progress and performance metrics to provide accurate and timely updates to Senior Leadership.Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to drive project success.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and conciseness.Proficiency in project management tools and software.Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Consistently and confidently delivers clear, concise, and impactful briefings on complex subjects to senior leaders, enabling informed, strategic decision-making.BenefitsPaid time off401k MatchingOriginally posted on Himalayas
