MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACTAs an Change Manager, you will play a crucial role in improving, managing and operating Medicare systems:Provide materials to facilitate Module Change Control Board (MCCB) meetingsWork closely with the Enterprise Change Control ManagerEnsure all stakeholders have supporting documentation prior to meetings for discussions. (MCCB, ECCB, CAB)Review all Change Requests (CRs) for completeness before CAB and ECCB meetingsAgree to meet documented due dates and notify the Enterprise Change Manager prior to any delays; this includes, but is not limited to, due dates related to documentation submissions/review, as well as Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) due dates related to specific Change RequestMonitor and report on all CRs and ECRs for delays, impacts, risks, testability, traceability, and schedule changes and/or updates to the Enterprise CCMCommunicate with impacted Module Contractors on ECRsFollow up on open CRs to drive them to completionEnsure requested changes align with the operational goals and objectives defined for the ModuleWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEEDBring your technology expertise and drive for innovation to GDIT. The Change Manager must have:Five (5) years of experience as a Change Manager or Change CoordinatorExpert MS Project skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyExpert/Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office products including Office 365, Teams, and SharePointBachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or business administration. Equivalent work experience may be substituted for a degreeWorking knowledge of IT best practices and regulations, the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and ITIL Change Management methodology. ITIL certification preferred but not requiredPrior Medicaid systems experience preferredAdditional Information: Work Arrangements: Remote. Travel 20-50%Security: A background check will be required.Timeline: This is a contingent job posting. Work is not expected to begin until December 2026 or later. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
