We seek an outbound Lead Generation Agent to be part of a dynamic team helping our clients reach their target audiences in the financial services and insurance industries.As the Lead Generation Agent, you will be responsible for handling a large volume of outbound calls to industry professionals and successfully generating qualified leads for our leading Market Intelligence services. In this role, you will learn about some of the most interesting companies in the financial services and insurance industries and tell the story of various compelling products, services, and career paths available in these industries. We’re looking for bright, eager-to-learn Lead Generation Agents who are self-motivated, confident, and highly skilled. Candidates will work a full-time schedule Mon-Fri 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Central Time.What you’ll doHandle a large volume of outbound calls placed via automated technologyShare the stories of our clients’ offerings and opportunitiesListen to objections and handle them effectively, persuasively, and with professional courtesyGenerate qualified leads and pass them on to our clientsAccurately submit details of every interaction in the call center systemWhat you’ll bringPrevious professional experience handling phone-based interactions. Previous call center experience is preferred.Exceptional interpersonal skillsExcellent verbal communication & listening skillsAttention to detail and accuracyProfessionalismAbility to handle high-pressure situations, multi-task and meet aggressive deadlinesInterpret customer needs and match those needs with related products and servicesHigh speed internet and a quiet workspaceThis position can be hired for remote employment in certain locations (Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Wisconsin). The expected base compensation for this full time 40 hour a week position is between $15.00 - $16.00 per hour (subject to state and local wage requirements). Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and level of education. The role is incentive eligible.
