We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join the Miraval team. This position supports the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of marketing initiatives that drive qualified demand, direct engagement, and measurable hotel performance across Miraval Tucson, Miraval Austin, and Miraval Berkshires. The role also assists with organic social media execution, CRM creative development, and cross\-channel campaign coordination to ensure a cohesive guest experience across all digital touchpoints. This role partners closely with the Area Director of Hotel Performance \& Digital Marketing, property Marketing Managers, the Area Director of Brand Marketing, Content \& Partnerships, Hyatt enterprise digital and CRM teams, agencies, Revenue Management, Sales, and Reservations to ensure digital campaigns are accurate, optimized, and connected to commercial priorities. Miraval America includes Miraval Tucson in the Sonoran Desert, Miraval Austin in Texas Hill Country, and Miraval Berkshires in Lenox, Massachusetts. The organization is designed to connect brand storytelling, digital demand generation, property marketing execution, and commercial performance across all three destination wellness resorts. **Essential Functions** Digital Campaign Execution \& Optimization Support execution of paid search, paid social, display, video, metasearch, Performance Max, retargeting, and emerging digital campaigns across Miraval America. Coordinate campaign briefs, audiences, offer details, tracking needs, creative assets, landing pages, and launch timelines with agencies, Hyatt partners, and property teams. Ensure all digital campaigns align with Miraval brand standards, offer requirements, property needs, and Hyatt enterprise guidance. Support the creation, scheduling, publishing, and optimization of organic social media content across Miraval America social channels in collaboration with property Marketing Managers and the Area Director of Brand Marketing, Content \& Partnerships. Coordinate social content calendars to align with campaign launches, seasonal promotions, brand initiatives, and resort priorities. Website, Landing Page \& Conversion Support Partner with property Marketing Managers and Hyatt digital teams to maintain accurate, current, and conversion\-focused website content, landing pages, offer pages, campaign pages, and digital merchandising. Assist with A/B testing, messaging tests, audience tests, creative tests, and landing page enhancement
