You’re more valuable than ever – And that’s just how we’ll make you feel.Job SummaryThe Compensation Analyst supports the design, implementation, and administration of the Company’s compensation programs across a multi-state, healthcare-focused environment. This role blends foundational analytical responsibilities with more advanced modeling and consultative support, ensuring pay programs are competitive, scalable, and compliant with evolving regulatory requirements.This position partners closely with People Operations, Talent Management, Finance, Operations, and clinical leadership to support both corporate (Support Center) and field-based compensation programs, including center staff and provider-adjacent pay structures.QualificationsEducation Required:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
Licenses/Certifications Required: • NoneWork Experience Required:2–4+ years of progressive experience in compensation, People Team analytics, or related field
Experience working with compensation surveys and benchmarking methodologies
Preferred Qualifications, Education, Licenses, Certifications, Experience, etc.: Experience in healthcare, urgent care, or multi-site service environments
Experience working in a multi-state regulatory environment
Familiarity with Workday (or comparable HRIS)
Experience with compensation tools (e.g., BetterComp, MarketPay, CompAnalyst)
Progress toward or interest in Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Market Analysis & Job PricingConduct market pricing using healthcare and general industry surveys • Benchmark clinical, operations, and corporate roles across multiple geographies with attention to geographical pay differentials
Support development and maintenance of job architecture, leveling frameworks, and job descriptions
Compensation Design & AdministrationAssist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of salary structures, pay ranges, and geographic differentials
Support compensation programs for: o Center staff (e.g., Medical Assistants, Radiologic Technologists, Office Managers) o Corporate and support roles o Provider-adjacent and incentive-based structures
Participate in annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, promotional adjustments, and bonus plan administration
Analytics & Modeling Build and maintain compensation models, including:
Range penetration and compa-ratio analyses
Pay equity and compression analyses o Costing scenarios for merit, promotions, and organizational changes
Analyze workforce data to identify trends and provide recommendations to leadership
Assist with developing reporting and dashboards leveraging Workday and other tools
Multi-State Compliance & GovernanceEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation regulations, including:
• Pay transparency lawsMinimum wage and salary threshold requirements o FLSA classification
Support audits and documentation for pay practices across all operating states
Partner with Legal and People Operations to interpret regulatory changes and recommend program adjustments
People Team Partnership & Consultation Partner with Talent Management Partners and operations leaders to:
Evaluate job changes, promotions, and offers
Provide compensation guidance aligned with internal equity and market competitiveness
Support manager education on compensation philosophy, tools, and decision-making
Systems & Data Integrity Maintain compensation data within Workday and Compensation tools, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Support system enhancements, integrations, and reporting capabilities
Assist in maintaining survey participation and data submission processes
