Job Description
The Divisional Director of Facilities will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and housekeeping functions at multiple communities across FL, OH, IN, and VA. The role requires a strong background in cleaning equipment, products, and techniques, as well as experience in training others to perform housekeeping duties. The successful candidate will be able to develop and implement housekeeping standards and training materials, and will have a strong understanding of OSHA regulations and P & L knowledge as it pertains to housekeeping and maintenance department staffing levels and wages.RequirementsFive or more years of experience leading the maintenance and housekeeping function at the community levelCollege degree preferredAbility to work varied schedules to include weekends, evenings, and holidaysExpert knowledge of cleaning equipment, cleaning products and supplies, and cleaning techniquesExperience in training others to perform HK dutiesExpert knowledge of all aspects of carpet cleaningExtensive knowledge of OSHA regulations pertaining to the role is a plusP & L knowledge as it pertains to housekeeping and maintenance department staffing levels and wagesBenefitsMedicalDentalVisionSTD/LTDLifeVoluntary life401k with employer matchingPaid holidays20 days PTO in the first three yearsOriginally posted on Himalayas
