**About the Role**
We are looking for a strategic and results\-driven Google Ads Media Buyer to lead the planning, execution, and scaling of paid search and performance advertising across the full Google Ads ecosystem, including Microsoft Advertising. You will own account performance, budget management, optimization, and client reporting while training and delegating to virtual assistants. Proficiency in programmatic advertising, paid social ad experience, and creative optimization is a strong plus. This full\-time, fully remote role requires deep platform expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team.
**Responsibilities**
* Develop and lead Google Ads strategy across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and Demand Gen campaigns, driving scalable growth for consumer brands.
* Plan and manage Microsoft Advertising campaigns across Search, Shopping, and the Audience Network, including UET tag implementation, LinkedIn Profile Targeting, and Microsoft Merchant Center feed management.
* Execute and optimize full\-funnel campaign structures, including keyword strategy, bidding, audience layering, negative keyword management, and ad copy testing.
* Manage Google Merchant Center feeds, including feed optimization, product segmentation, and troubleshooting for Shopping and PMax campaigns.
* Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking solutions via Google Tag Manager, including GA4 event setup, enhanced conversions, and server\-side tagging to ensure accurate measurement across client websites.
