Call Center Jr Lead

Description: RCTV is looking for full\-time Call Center Representatives to work on\-site at our Torrance, CA location. This position is **not remote**. We are currently hiring for Tuesday–Sunday shifts that starts 3PM\-11:30PM. This role provides potential for growth within the department and company, as we actively identify strong performers for promotion. The RCTV Call Center operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Working late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays may be required. **The ability to work on any schedule is essential, including weekends**. As a Call Center Representative, you will answer calls from potential customers interested in our products featured during our media ads ### **Responsibilities** * Answer incoming calls from potential customers. * Identify and address customer needs courteously and professionally. * Work with internal departments to enhance customer experience. * Educate customers on products featured in our televised shows. * Deliver an exceptional customer experience * Assisting with customer service\-related call. * Be available to cover a shift in a Leads absence * Other duties as assigned **Qualifications:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to build rapport with diverse customers. * Positive attitude with a desire to learn. * Adaptability, remaining calm and professional during each call. * Accurate data entry skills. * Strong commitment to customer service excellence. **Schedule:** Monday: OFF Tuesday: 3:00pm \- 11:30pm Wednesday: 2:30pm \- 11:00pm Thursday: 3:30pm \- 12:00am Friday: OFF Saturday: 2:30pm \- 11:00pm Sunday: 3:30pm \- 12:00am Requirements: * Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods. * Punctuality and reliability are essential, even with our relaxed, casual work environment. * Must be available to work Saturday nights. * Reliable means of transportation. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary, commensurate with experience. * Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching. * Opportunities for growth, professional development, and leadership impact. * **Pay is 22HR**
