This role is crucial for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products. The Senior QA Tester will be responsible for defining and executing test strategies, leading complex testing initiatives, and driving continuous improvement in our QA processes and automation coverage. **What will you do in this role?** * Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test strategies, and detailed test cases for new and existing product features. * Execute various types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing, and clearly document, prioritize, and track defects from discovery through resolution. * Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation scripts and frameworks (e.g., using Selenium, TestRail) to maximize test coverage and efficiency. * Work closely with Developers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to understand requirements, clarify user stories, and ensure testability of features throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). * Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement within the QA process and implement best practices, tools,
