**About Us** We're a leading provider in a category we created, helping high\-performing professionals change their relationship with alcohol through coaching programs. We generate the majority of our growth through paid acquisition and invest over $500K per month across platforms. We are hiring our first senior marketing leader to own, diagnose, and scale our paid growth engine, with a strong focus on fixing and growing the top of the funnel. **The Role** We are looking for a strategic operator who can set direction and execute. This is not a high\-level brand role. You are expected to get into the data, diagnose issues, and fix them. You should be able to open our ad accounts, quickly understand what is working and what is not, and take action. You understand how audience targeting, creative, and funnel performance all connect. You will own the marketing function, manage the team, and be directly responsible for pipeline quality and volume. A critical part of this role is working closely with the sales team. The handoff between marketing and sales, especially around scheduled calls and show rates, is a shared responsibility. You will partner directly with sales leadership to improve conversion, lead quality, and overall pipeline performance. **What You Will Own** **Top of Funnel Performance (Primary Focus)** * Diagnose and fix targeting, audience quality, and traffic volume issues * Improve who is clicking, not just how many * Build and refine audience segmentation across platforms * Ensure we are reaching the right customer profiles at scale **Paid Media and Creative Strategy** * Own performance across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and other paid channels * Define and lead creative strategy including hooks, angles, messaging, and formats * Set and enforce creative testing cadence and refresh cycles * Work directly with media buyers, editors, and copywriters to improve results **Pipeline Ownership (End to End)** * Own performance from click to lead to scheduled call * Partner with sales to improve show rates and conversion to revenue * Identify and fix bottlenecks across the funnel **Team Leadership and Buildout** * Manage current team including media buyers, assistants, CRO, and contractors ● Hire, restructure, or remove roles as needed * Define KPIs and hold the team accountable * Build the team structure required to scale **Budget Ownership and Scaling** * Own and allocate a $500K\+ monthly paid media budget * Decide where to scale, cut, or reallocate spend * Scale campaigns while maintaining lead quality **Data, Testing, and Execution** * Pull your own data and make decisions directly from it * Build and execute testing roadmaps across creative, audiences, and funnels * Ensure tracking, attribution, and reporting are accurate and usable **What We Are Looking For** **Non\-Negotiables** * Experience managing **$500K to $1M\+ per month** in paid ad spend * Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition profitably * D
