AI Product Engineer Lead Consultant (Copilot & Power Platform) (Remote - US)

This role partners with security, compliance, and product stakeholders to deliver safe, scalable solutions that improve employee productivity while protecting data.**Essential Qualifications** * 5\+ years in enterprise engineering, product engineering, or platform operations (Microsoft 365 / Power Platform). * Hands\-on experience with Copilot Studio and Power Automate; working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat experiences. * Strong understanding of LLM concepts (prompt patterns, RAG, limitations) and Responsible AI practices in enterprise environments. * Security and governance experience: Entra ID app/identity concepts, permissions/consent, and information protection (Purview, DLP, labels). * API and integration skills (REST, OAuth2\) and ability to troubleshoot complex, cross\-service issues. * Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into feasible solutions and to produce clear documentation/runbooks. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Dataverse security model, custom connectors, ALM pipelines, and Power Platform Center of Excellence practices. * Familiarity with Microsoft Graph data access patterns and M365 information architecture (SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams). * Experience supporting Adobe Creative Cloud in an enterprise environment and understanding of content/IP governance. \#LI\-SM1 **Skills** Artificial Intelligence (AI), Defect Resolution, ERP Applications, Functional Designs, Integration Testing, Issue Management, Large Language Models (LLMs), Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Technology Stack**Compensation** Compensation offered for this role is 98,100\.00 \- 167,850\.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
