Job Description

CrewBloom is looking for a Director of Business Development with a lot of energy who can spot opportunities and turn leads into partnerships that will last. To succeed in this role, you should be an adaptable, active listener with a compelling sales personality. The ideal candidate will be organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing the buyer experience.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop strategies to drive business growth and revenue through outbound sales activitiesCollaborate with the marketing team to plan and roll out initiatives to tap new channels of businessLeverage sales automation, AI, funnel management, and prospecting tools to generate qualified sales pipelineSet goals for the business development team and develop strategies to meet those goalsPrepare financial reports and revenue projectionsBuild and maintain worthwhile relationships through networking, meetings, and creating a solid social media presence Perform demos, secure ways to build relationships and partnerships to scale the business Overseeing and directing the performance of the outbound sales team (responsible for hunting, gathering and executing end-to-end sales), audits team, and sales enablement teamTrain new sales team members to execute end-to-end outbound sales activitiesOutline KPI tracking via HubSpot dashboardingAdjust and improve the outbound efforts of the sales team to align with the strategic goals set out by the organizationRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship or any related coursesSolid experience in B2B sales and leading sales teams at funded or bootstrapped startupsProven track record of building profitable relationships with potential clients and partners through social selling and networkingDemonstrated experience in building sales pipelines and creating effective sales workflowStrong communication skills and tech fluencyAbility to manage complex projects and generate critical business reportsExcellent organizational skillsAbility to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertaintyMust be technically proficient in using basic sales tools, like sales CRMs, VOIPs, and Google WorkspaceExtra points for applicants with HubSpot experienceSystem RequirementsAt least 15mbps for the main internet and at least 10mbps for backupA desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backupNote: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruptionA webcamNoise-canceling USB HeadsetQuiet, Dedicated Home OfficeSmartphoneBenefitsJoin Our Dynamic Team: Experience our fun, inclusive, innovative culture that values your unique contributions and supports your professional growth.Embrace the Opportunities: Seize daily chances to learn, innovate, and excel.
