Our mission is to keep commerce and community working hand in hand, making support effortless and rewarding.Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations, Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day running and growth of the business. This role is responsible for managing internal processes, driving sales activity, supporting marketing initiatives, and maintaining consistent communication across platforms.Key Responsibilities: Sales Manage and maintain your sales pipeline using Pipedrive CRMConduct outbound sales outreach using internal databasesRespond to inbound enquiries via info@swoodle in a timely and professional mannerIdentify and engage potential partners through affiliate program outreachCreate, manage, and send EDMs (email campaigns) using Brevo, including writing copy and scheduling send-outsSocial MediaPlan and execute weekly social media content aligned with content pillarsDevelop content strategies to increase engagement and followersCreate content using tools such as Canva Pro and AI video platforms (e.g. Holo AI)Monitor performance and adjust content strategy accordinglyMarketingAssist in the creation and development of marketing collateral (digital and print)Ensure brand consistency across all materialsInternal OperationsDevelop, maintain, and update procedure manuals across all business functionsEnsure all processes are clearly documented and easy to followManage and deliver weekly reporting on key business metricsParticipate in weekly meeting, including follow-upsRequirementsAt least 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing Strong sales skills with a proven ability to engage and convert leadsExperience with CRM platforms (preferably Pipedrive)Experience with Canva, AI content tools, and email marketing platforms (e.g. Brevo) preferredStrong written communication skills (for email campaigns and content creation)Good understanding of social media platforms and content creationOrganised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple prioritiesProactive mindset with the ability to work independentlyCreative thinker with an eye for detail and a proactive mindset.Comfortable working autonomously, with the initiative to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.Experience supporting startup businesses or small teams, with the adaptability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.Work Arrangement & Expectations:This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.To ensure alignment and transparency, successful candidates will be expected to:Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client workReflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile (clearly marked as “Independent Contractor”)Originally posted on Himalayas
