The ideal candidate will have expertise in data migration projects using Syniti Data Migration (formerly DSP) and experience handling large-scale data transformation and migration initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and execute end-to-end data migration strategies using Syniti.Work with business and IT teams to understand data requirements and define data transformation and mapping rules.Extract, cleanse, transform, and load (ETL) data from legacy systems to SAP or other target systems.Conduct data profiling, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data quality.Collaborate with functional teams to identify data-related issues and resolve them efficiently.Create and manage data migration templates, scripts, and workflows.Ensure compliance with data governance and security best practices.Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues in data migration.Required Skills:4-7 years of hands-on experience in data migration projects.Strong expertise in Syniti Data Migration (DSP, SKP, ADM, Collect, Construct, etc.).Experience in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.Good knowledge of SQL, stored procedures, and database management.Experience with SAP data migration is a plus.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with global teams.Originally posted on Himalayas
