With a particular focus on supporting South Asian, Asian, and other multicultural communities, we blend evidence\-based clinical care with holistic wellness support to help clients build lasting resilience. **About the Role** We're looking for a creative, organized Executive Assistant Intern to support both our social media presence and day\-to\-day practice operations. This role is a great fit for someone interested in psychology, healthcare administration, or marketing who wants hands\-on experience in a growing mental health practice. **Responsibilities** * Create social media content focused on mental health education and engagement (Reels, carousels, and other formats) * Brainstorm content series and campaign ideas to grow reach and engagement * Research mental health and wellness trends to keep content current * Engage with the practice's online community (comments, DMs) * Communicate with insurance companies on behalf of the practice * Support administrative billing tasks * Assist with client referrals and coordination * Provide general executive support to the owner as needed **Qualifications** * Comfort and creativity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Organized, detail\-oriented, and reliable * Interest in mental health, wellness, or healthcare administration preferred * No prior professional experience required; training provided **To Apply:** Send a brief note about your interest (social media samples welcome, not required) to hello@anbtherapy.com Pay: $10\.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
