Vice President of National SalesThis is a fully remote position.Position Overview Are you a strategic sales leader who thrives on winning complex enterprise business and building high-impact client partnerships? As Vice President, Commercial Sales – Global & National Accounts, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth across some of our largest and most influential client relationships throughout North America.In this highly visible leadership position, you will lead sophisticated business development efforts across global, national, and multi-region accounts, shaping custom solutions that meet the evolving needs of large enterprise organizations. You will collaborate closely with executive stakeholders, operations leaders, and cross-functional partners to develop winning growth strategies, navigate complex RFP opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and expand account value.This role offers the opportunity to influence business strategy, engage directly with C-suite decision-makers, and drive meaningful results through a combination of sales excellence, relationship management, and innovative problem-solving. Participate as a senior commercial leader in North America strategic planning, with responsibility for supporting business development, national account growth, retention, pricing discipline, and enterprise-level client engagement.2. Monitor progress toward national and global sales, retention, and pipeline goals; reinforce CRM accuracy, forecast discipline, and timely reporting of wins, losses, revenue, margin, and account activity.3. Identify and develop business opportunities with existing and prospective national, regional, and global clients; build introductory strategies, executive engagement plans, and value-based approaches aligned to client priorities.4. Evaluate industry trends, client priorities, competitive activity, labor market dynamics, and procurement requirements to identify risks, opportunities, and commercial strategies that support growth and retention.5. Lead or support complex RFPs, renewals, presentations, and commercial negotiations, including solution strategy, pricing approach, proposal positioning, executive messaging, and coordination of internal response teams.6. Partner with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Technology, Risk, and field leadership to develop client-ready materials, pricing assumptions, compliance responses, implementation plans, and differentiated value propositions.7. Provide commercial guidance, coaching, and support to sales, account management, operations, and business development teams to strengthen pursuit strategy, client communication, pricing quality, and cross-functional alignment.8.
