Key ResponsibilitiesCompliance LeadershipAct as internal authority on CMMC, NIST 800-171, DFARS 7012, and related DIB requirementsOwn all compliance interpretations and guidance embedded in the FutureFeed platform, ensuring logic, workflows, and recommendations are accurate and defensibleReview and approve compliance-related product changes prior to releaseMonitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on internal operations, product behavior, and customer guidanceServe as the escalation point for compliance questions across the companyEducation, Training & CertificationOwn the strategy, development, and delivery of all FutureFeed education programs, including the ongoing weekly training and training at conferences and eventsStay on top of changes to the platform to incorporate into the online and in person training as neededBuild curriculum, materials, and delivery guides to a level of documented repeatability that does not depend on any single individualDesign, launch, and manage User and Partner Certification Programs, including assessments and recertification standardsEnsure all education content reflects current compliance interpretations and product behaviorLMS & Content OperationsOwn ongoing management of the Learning Management SystemManage learner progress tracking, content organization, reporting, and update cyclesSales Enablement & Live EventsSupport Sales and internal teams on curriculum for events like Compliance JamEnsure sales and marketing can speak accurately about compliance without overreachOwn compliance accuracy and educational integrity for FutureFeed conferences, events, and live training sessionsCross-Functional CollaborationThis role partners closely with Product and Engineering to translate compliance requirements into usable product features, and collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to keep compliance and education efforts aligned across the company.Success MeasuresAccuracy and consistency of compliance guidance across product, training, and internal operationsReduced dependency on founder-led compliance decisions and training deliveryAdoption, completion, and certification rates among users and partnersEducation and compliance programs that scale without dilution or driftRequirementsQualificationsDemonstrated experience with DIB compliance frameworks (CMMC, NIST 800-171, DFARS 7012)Proven ability to translate compliance requirements into practical guidance, tooling, or trainingStrong judgment and comfort making defensible compliance calls in ambiguous situationsExperience designing and delivering education or training programs, ideally in a SaaS or technical environmentClear communicator with both technical and non-technical audiencesCMMC-CCA qualifications and experience as a CMMC assessor preferred.HighlightsLead compliance and education at FutureFeed.
