Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Danish Speaking Fitbit Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for Danish-speaking customers who rely on their Fitbit wearable technology to support their health, fitness, and wellness journeys.What You Will DoDeliver outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking Fitbit users via phone, email, and live chat, resolving product and service queries with professionalism and empathy.
